	Hats off to Local 4727 member Jay Arnier! Jay rescued a drowned baby while fishing with a friend on the Fox River. Jay intervened when the child&#39;s mother pulled the lifeless body from the water and he began CPR. The child&#39;s breathing and pulses returned after several rounds of CPR.
